Diamond 225M Matrice Bronze "Conciglie"

This is the M-suffix version of Diamond's Conciglie shell-pasta die, producing the same shape as the 225G die within the same 225-series extruder format. The bronze construction shared across Diamond's die range gives a rougher, textured pasta surface rather than the smooth finish of dies made from other materials, which is generally considered better for sauce adhesion. At 1kg, it's a lightweight, easily stored spare part rather than a piece of standalone equipment. Diamond's one-year parts-only warranty applies. It's aimed at producers running a 225-series extruder and building out a set of Conciglie dies alongside other shapes in Diamond's range.
