Casta TEP3B/160G Gas Teppanyaki Griddle - 3 Heating zone

This Casta teppanyaki griddle runs a hard-chromed steel cooking plate 15mm thick, with a hotter central zone and cooler side areas for holding food warm. Here we're looking at the TEP3B/160G Gas option. Grease channels feed two removable drawers, a front hand rail is fitted, and the heating zones are thermostatically controlled up to 270°C in a 304 stainless body. A wider cooking bed simply gives more room to run multiple orders side by side during a rush.
