Casta TEP3B/160E Electric Teppanyaki Griddle - 3 Heating zones

This particular one is the Casta TEP3B/160E Electric. Grease channels run to the outer edges into two removable drawers, and each cooking zone is thermostatically controlled up to 270°C independently. The extra heating zone on a wider plate gives more independent temperature control across the surface. Built for show kitchens and front-of-house cooking specifically, where how it looks in use matters as much as how it performs. The cooking plate is hard-chromed steel, 15mm thick, with a central hot zone and cooler side areas for keeping cooked food warm without it carrying on cooking.
