This Cambro carrier holds 114 litres in a 1/1 GN full gastronorm format, running to 120°C so food can be held hot and safe for well beyond the standard service window rather than the couple of hours you'd get from a passive insulated box. The heated door element is the key feature here — it resets to a safe holding temperature within about three minutes of being opened, so repeated access to top up chafing dishes doesn't leave the rest of the load cooling down. At 1372mm tall and 46.3kg, it's the smaller and lighter of the two carriers in this pair, suited to single-site catering or banqueting runs rather than the largest events. Polyethylene construction in blue, and dishwasher safe for proper cleaning between uses.
