Same 1/1 GN full gastronorm format and 120°C heated holding as the smaller unit, with the same energy-efficient heated door that brings the carrier back to a safe temperature within about three minutes of being opened to serve. At 1375mm tall and 88.1kg it's substantially heavier than the 114 litre carrier, reflecting the larger volume of food and insulation it's built to hold.
