Blodgett double stacked MKV electric convection oven.

This particular one is the Blodgett double stacked MKV. A two-speed fan motor and interior lights come as standard, along with dual-pane thermal glass windows set into stainless steel door frames. Simultaneous door opening on the stacked model means you're not choosing between decks mid-service. The double-stacked version simply doubles capacity in a taller footprint rather than a wider one, worth checking ceiling height before ordering. The baking compartment liner is porcelainised on both sides for easy cleaning, and there are five chrome-plated racks across eleven possible positions, spaced at least 41mm apart.
