45333FK 1/1gn Lotan coated non stick frying basket

This 1/1 GN frying basket gives a full gastronorm footprint for frying or blanching, letting liquid drain away through the mesh rather than pooling with the food. The Lotan non-stick coating helps stop battered or delicate items sticking to the mesh as they're lifted clear, which matters more here than on most gastronorm accessories given how much contact time food has against the basket during frying. Sized to 1/1 GN, it's built to sit within a matching pan or fryer bay rather than being used as a standalone basket.
