25333-BBQ - 1/1gn Lotan coated non stick Chargill grilling plate

The full 1/1 GN version of this range's chargrill plate, ridged to leave char marks on food and finished in Lotan non-stick coating to stop it catching in the grooves between ridges — a common problem with ridged grill plates generally, and one the coating is specifically there to solve. At 1/1 GN size it gives a full gastronorm surface to work with, suited to higher-volume grill service than the smaller 2/3 GN version in this range would comfortably handle. It fits standard gastronorm oven and equipment racking without needing any adaptation.
