Waldner Single – Electric Mill – Alder Wood

The Waldner Single is built with an alder wood housing, a different timber to the beech, larch and swiss arolla pine options used elsewhere across Waldner's electric mill range. It sits toward the more affordable end of Waldner's electric mills, grinding whole grains into flour on demand in the same way as the rest of the range. A sensible pick if alder's lighter tone and grain appeals over the other wood finishes on offer, without paying the premium of Waldner's pricier models further up the range.
