Waldner Mona Electric Mill - larch

The Waldner Mona sits above the Lady in Waldner's electric mill range, and this version's housing is built in larch – a denser, more resinous timber than the swiss arolla pine alternative also offered on the same mill. As with the rest of Waldner's electric mills, it grinds whole grains into flour on demand rather than relying on pre-milled stock. The wood choice here is mainly about look and feel rather than milling performance, since the mechanism doesn't change between the two timber options on offer.
