Waldner Grain Flaker/Oat Roller Lisa - swiss-arolla-pine

This is the swiss arolla pine version of the Waldner Lisa grain flaker, an alternative timber to the larch option also available on the same machine. Swiss arolla pine (also called stone pine) is a softer, lighter, more aromatic wood than larch, which mainly comes down to look and feel rather than how the flaker performs, since the mechanism is shared across both wood choices. Like the rest of the Lisa range, it rolls whole oats or other grains into flakes fresh rather than grinding them into flour.
