Waldner Grain Flaker/Oat Roller Lisa - larch

The Waldner Lisa flakes whole oats or other grains into rolled flakes rather than grinding them to flour, letting you make fresh porridge oats or flaking grains for granola and muesli right before use rather than relying on pre-rolled flakes that have had longer to lose flavour. This version's housing is built in larch, a harder, more resinous timber than some of the other woods used across Waldner's range, and one of two wood options offered on the Lisa alongside swiss arolla pine, so the choice here is really about finish rather than function.
