Stockli Dehydrator - stainless-steel 12-hours

This Stockli dehydrator combines a stainless steel build with a 12-hour timer, so you can set a drying run and leave it rather than checking in periodically to switch it off manually. Stainless steel holds up better than plastic to the sustained low heat a dehydrator runs at over long cycles, and doesn't take on odours from batch to batch the way plastic can. The timer matters most for longer, unattended dries – jerky, fruit leathers, sliced vegetables – where you'd otherwise need to remember to come back and turn it off before the batch overdries.
