The largest pouches in this range at 300 x 400mm, these weigh 1.5kg per pack and suit large joints, whole proteins or bulk batching that the smaller sizes can't comfortably fit. They share the same sous vide performance as the rest of the range, standing up to 85°C for up to 12 hours without swelling or delaminating, which matters even more at this size where a failed seal wastes a much larger cut of food. Being home compostable, they're a genuine sustainability upgrade over standard plastic sous vide bags. Useful for general bulk food storage too, whenever they're not in the water bath.
