This Moretti Forni IR/P 260/15 Semi automatic dough dividing and rounding machine can be easily used by non-specialised operators and is designed to reduce man hours and produce consistent sized rounded dough balls

• Fully automatic operation - with 2 cylinders, one for pressing and one for cutting
• Portion size - 15 x from 100 upto 260 grams
• Plates - 3 supplied finished in Foodgrade PETG polyethylene
• Head - made of MG5 Anticorodal aluminium with 20 micron hard anodizing
• Ring - Aluminium with 10 micron chemical nickel coating
