It's heavy-duty polythene with a clear, shatterproof flip lid, letting staff see contents and grab what they need without fully opening the bin each time. Four 3-inch swivel castors handle the 11kg empty weight plus a full load of stock, so it can be wheeled between store and prep rather than lifted.
