London Flat Base Wok 330mm

This 330mm flat base wok weighs 1.08kg and is made from mild steel rather than the coated steel used on the smallest wok in the range, needing a bit more care to season and maintain but rewarding it with excellent heat retention. Like the rest of the range it has a flat base for stability on induction or flat-top cooking surfaces, and a long single handle for one-handed control while stirring with the other. It's not dishwasher safe - hand wash and dry it promptly to avoid rust. A solid mid-size choice for stir frying slightly larger batches than the smallest wok allows.
