This Silverlink 600 griddle shares the same 415 x 450 x 650mm dimensions, 35.1kg weight and machined 12mm thick steel plate as the natural gas model, but runs on propane gas at a marginally higher 5.5kW. The same piezo ignition, high and low heat settings and fat collection drawer with drainage channel carry over from the natural gas version. Built for the same even heat distribution and retention across the plate. It comes with a 2 year parts and labour warranty - the version to choose wherever propane is the gas supply on site.
