Dick 1905 Fully Forged Slicer Black 21.6cm
Blade Length: 8.5". Weight: 310g
The 1905 range from F.Dick fuses steel rings directly into a moulded handle for extra strength, with the blade forged from top-grade German steel. Specifically, this is the Slicer version. It measures 3600mm long. It weighs 310g. Colour-wise it's black. Construction is german steel. Best suited for salad and fruit and vegetables. The blade is forged from premium German steel and ground to a sharp, dynamic cutting edge. Different blade shapes exist for a reason: a paring knife suits close, precise work while a slicer or bread knife is built to glide through a single long cut.
