Diamond GF-3C-F5 Cooling unit for waste cooler

The GF-3C-F5 is a cooling unit built specifically for a waste cooler, running ventilated cooling to hold +2°C to +8°C, at 285 x 545 x 745mm and 36kg. It runs on R455a refrigerant with automatic defrost and carries a climate class of 4, meaning it's rated to perform correctly across a defined range of ambient plant conditions.

As a dedicated cooling unit rather than a complete cabinet, it's intended to be fitted to an existing waste cooler installation rather than bought as a standalone appliance. Keeping waste chilled slows bacterial activity and odour build-up between collections, which matters in busy kitchens generating food waste throughout the day. It's part of Diamond's Food Preparation range and comes with a one year parts warranty.
