Stepping up from the entry-level 7500, the 8500s is Angel's mid-range twin-gear juicer and still built entirely in stainless steel rather than the painted plastic housings used on cheaper masticating juicers. The twin-gear design crushes and presses produce at low speed, which keeps the juice cooler and less oxidised than anything coming out of a centrifugal machine, so colour and flavour hold up for longer once bottled. It handles the same range of jobs as the rest of the Angel line - leafy greens, wheatgrass, root veg and soft fruit - and the all-metal construction means it can be run hard, day after day, in a juice bar or cafe without the housing cracking or discolouring. As with every Angel Juicer, the screens and gears are field-replaceable, so wear parts can be swapped rather than the whole unit binned.
