5333MP - 1/1gn Lotan coated non stick mould tray - 11 moulds

This 1/1 GN mould tray packs in 11 individual moulds, more than the 6-mould 2/3 GN version elsewhere in this range, for producing a larger batch of portioned or shaped items from a single tray. The Lotan non-stick coating is particularly useful on a mould tray, since the individual wells are harder to clean by hand and more prone to sticking in the corners than a flat tray would be. Sized to 1/1 GN, it fits standard gastronorm racking and storage alongside the rest of a kitchen's equipment.
