Falcon F900 Solid Top Oven Range on Legs Propane Gas G9181

The G9181 solid top oven range features a cast iron cooking surface with single bullseye that delivers heat up to a temperature of 450°C at the centre of the plate, graduating outwards. The bullseye is removable so chefs can direct the powerful 10.3kW burner direct to pan if desired. The oven range is 2/1 gastronorm compatible, with five shelf positions and two shelves supplied as standard. There is a metal to metal door seal which ensures heat is retained where it is needed - in the oven chamber. The oven has a temperature range of 80-280°C and is easy to light via one touch piezo ignition. This model is supplied on adjustable feet.
