The E9342F twin pan fryer is the ideal choice of unit to prevent cross-contamination when cooking food or when it is necessary to cook smaller portions of food quickly. Rapid heat up and recovery times means food can be cooked quickly and easily. A single filtration system means the oil can be filtered to prolong the life and maintain the integrity and quality of the frying medium, thus reducing costs. The tanks hold just 7.5 litres of oil (per pan). Oil temperature is thermostatically-controlled and has a range of 130-185°C, with safety thermostat fitted as standard to prevent overheating. Fish plates are supplied as standard. The unit is supplied on adjustable castors.
