The E3407 wet well bain marie is perfect for holding cooked food at optimum temperature for serving. With a 1/1 gastronorm well that accommodates containers up to 150mm deep, the unit can store a large quantity of food at one time, depending upon the container configuration used. The manual filled well can be easily drained through a valve located on the front of the unit.
