Hobart's Profi TLWW-10A tackles the classic tight-kitchen problem: you need more washing capacity but don't have any more floor space to put it in. Its two wash chambers sit one above the other rather than side by side, so it fits a standard pass-through footprint while effectively doubling the number of cycles you can run compared with a conventional single-chamber hood type - using the same energy, water and chemical consumption per cycle. The two levels can run together for maximum throughput during service peaks, or independently when you've only got a partial load, which saves water and chemicals on the quieter periods.
