This C815-EA is the larger of the two Ecomax Plus models here, at 1850mm wide against the standard model's 1350mm, and weighing 290kg versus 220kg - extra length that typically means a longer wash and rinse zone for higher throughput. It's set up for hot feed and runs on a three phase supply, with the same powerful 1.5kW pump delivering total coverage through separate upper and lower wash and rinse arms. Manual controls and a temperature display keep it simple to operate despite the increased capacity. Built from stainless steel, suited to kitchens with the volume to justify the extra length.
