The Diamond FTEV 50/85-N is a powerful and efficient electric conveyor oven, 500mm wide, designed for high-volume production of pizzas, pies, tarts, lasagne, and more.
Built entirely from high-grade stainless steel and insulated with ceramic fibre, this oven ensures excellent thermal efficiency and durability. It delivers a homogeneous distribution of hot air, allowing for even cooking at lower temperatures compared to traditional ovens.
With a maximum output capacity ranging from 155 x Ø 200mm pizzas to 25 x Ø 450mm pizzas, it’s ideal for busy commercial kitchens. The units are also stackable without requiring an additional kit, making them space-efficient.
