The Diamond 300/BS Meat slicer is a light duty gravity feed slicer with a maximum cutting capacity of 250mm x 185mm with a maximum capacity of 210mm. Slicing thickness is 0 - 13mm and manufactured from food grade aluminium with a hardened chromed stainless blade.
