Blue Ice T36
The Blue Ice T36 is a countertop soft serve machine: single flavour, gravity feed, microprocessor controlled, built for fast, consistent output of ice cream, frozen yoghurt or sorbet. It's rated for around 420 serves an hour at an 80-gram portion, running off a single 3.2-litre freezing cylinder and a 12-litre mix hopper. Clearance needed is a modest 152mm on the left-hand side, so it can sit close to a wall or neighbouring unit. It's built to turn out the same texture and consistency serve after serve, which matters more on a busy counter than any single standout portion.
