The 20K is Angel's step up from the countertop range into genuine commercial-volume juicing, built for a juice bar or production kitchen pressing far more fruit and veg through in a day than a single countertop unit could manage. This without-crusher version is sold as the juicing unit on its own, without the separate crushing stage some operations add ahead of it to break down harder produce before pressing - useful if you're already crushing product another way, or working mostly with softer fruit and veg that doesn't need a pre-crush. Like every Angel Juicer, it's stainless steel construction rather than painted housing, built to run continuously through service rather than sit idle between the occasional home batch.
