This De Danieli Cooker CS High temperature electric Indirect heat tilting kettle are designed for cooking Medium density mixture products etc. It uses a mineral oil in the heating jacket - this means it does not have to be constantly refilled as on water filled jacket. These are simple to use, fitted with touchscreen programmable controls, variable speed stirer, internal tank probe and front drain off valves which allows them to linked to dispensing/portioning machines.
