The purple option in PUSH's adjustable tamper line, with the same 58.50mm hardened stainless steel base, ultra non-stick coating and anodised aerospace-grade aluminium handle as the rest of the range. Stepless adjustment is accurate to 0.05mm, so the tamp depth you dial in is the one you keep, shift after shift. Made entirely in Great Britain. It's built to take the variation out of tamping when more than one person works the group head, which is where a lot of espresso inconsistency actually comes from. Solid in the hand, easy to clean, and it holds its setting well under daily bar use.
