Bigger than the P200 at 400 x 520 x 640mm and 65kg, the P300 gives a larger chamber for bulkier or bigger batches of product without changing anything about how the machine actually works. Same German-engineered simplicity, same stainless steel housing and acrylic glass lid, and the same double seam with sever sealing that produces a genuinely hermetic pouch rather than a basic strip seal. Power draw rises slightly to 5.6A against the P200's 5A, though both run on a 13W, 230V supply. The bigger chamber matters most if you're regularly sealing larger cuts of meat or bigger batches at once — the P200 would mean more, smaller runs to fit the same volume through. 1 year parts and labour warranty, same as the smaller model.
