Blendtec Twister Jar

The Twister Jar is a specialist Blendtec jar built for very thick blends - nut butters, thick dips, dense frozen mixtures - that would stall or struggle in a standard FourSide or WildSide jar. Its twister lid is designed with a central opening that takes the Spectacula stick tool, letting an operator push thick mixture down toward the blades mid-blend rather than having to stop, unlock the jar and stir manually. That makes it the jar of choice for kitchens regularly making nut butters, hummus or other dense, low-liquid blends where a standard jar's natural circulation isn't enough to keep the mixture moving. As with the rest of Blendtec's jar range, it's a genuine wear part over time and worth buying as a spare if it's the jar in daily use for a specific menu item, rather than the only one on site.
