The Hobart Ecomax Plus H615W Hood Dishwasher is a powerful and efficient solution for busy commercial kitchens. This economical "Plus" model includes an "Intensive" hood, reducing water use per cycle, along with an "Accurinse" wash tank that conserves water, detergent, and energy.

With a 500mm rack, it can handle up to 48 racks or over 1,000 plates per hour (18 plates per rack) and offers 60- and 90-second wash cycles. Its fully enclosed 4-sided hood retains steam, minimizes heat loss, and is suitable for both straight-through and corner installations (table not included). A version with an integrated water softener (H615WS) is also available.
