Chefs Range BCC/4008 - Integral Roll In Blastchiller/Freezer - 20 x 2/1gn or 800 x 600mm trays

This Chefs Range BCC/4008 Roll In blast chiller/freezer combined, manufactured in the EU, is ideal for all large volume operations where quick freezing or chilling of product is required. Specifically designed to hold 2/1gn or 600 x 800mm Bakery trolleys it will work in tandem with large Bakery & Combi ovens and other other large cooking vessels.

• Integrated Refrigeration system - Indirect airflow with automatic hot gas defrost - R452A refrigerant
• Controls - 7" Touchscreen controls with fan speed control and pre chilling cycle. Hard/Soft chilling by time or temperature probe
• Trolley Capacity (Trolley not included) - Will accept 20 x 2/1gn trays or 20 x 600 x 800mm Bakery trays
