This Chefsrange BCB/10E 10 tray blast chiller/freezer combined is ideal for all operations where quick freezing or chilling of product is required. Specifically designed to hold 1/1gn or 6600 x 400mm containers it will work in tandem with the Convection and Combi steam ovens.
