The higher-power version of Chefs Range's 70 Line two-ring countertop induction hob, rated at 5kW per ring rather than the 3.5kW of the standard BE70IH2-3.5 model. The extra power per ring means faster boil times and quicker recovery when a cold pan goes onto the hob, useful in busier kitchens where rings are rarely sitting idle between uses. As with all induction hobs, heat is generated directly in the pan itself rather than in an element beneath it, giving more responsive control than a standard electric ring. Being part of the 70 Line keeps this aligned to the same footprint standard as other 70 Line equipment, letting it sit alongside matching units to build a consistent counter run.
