Casta TEP3B/140E Electric Teppanyaki Griddle - 3 Heating zones

This particular one is the Casta TEP3B/140E Electric. The cooking plate is hard-chromed steel, 15mm thick, with a central hot zone and cooler side areas for keeping cooked food warm without it carrying on cooking. Grease channels run to the outer edges into two removable drawers, and each cooking zone is thermostatically controlled up to 270°C independently. Built for show kitchens and front-of-house cooking specifically, where how it looks in use matters as much as how it performs. The extra heating zone on a wider plate gives more independent temperature control across the surface.
