Casta TEP1B/080E Electric Teppanyaki Griddle - 1 Heating zone

The larger-coded TEP1B/080E in Casta's teppanyaki griddle range, built to the same chrome-finished spec as its sibling: a hard chromed Fe510 S355JR steel plate, 15mm thick, with a central cooking zone and cooler side areas for holding food warm. A single 5.4kW element runs the cooking zone, thermostatically controlled up to 270°C, with a grease channel to the outer edges and two removable grease drawers. Outer body is 304 stainless steel, with a front hand rail fitted. Like the 060E, it's designed for show kitchens and front-of-house cooking, where the chrome plate's easy-clean surface and low heat output to the room are as important as raw cooking capacity.
