Giorik FE7217 - 17+17 Ltr High Power Twin tank electric fryer -

A high power twin-tank electric fryer from Giorik, stepping up to 17 litres in each of its two tanks with a heating output built for faster recovery than the standard FE7215 model. Being described as high power points to elements designed to bring oil back up to frying temperature more quickly after a basket goes in, which matters most in busy kitchens where baskets are going in and out in constant succession rather than with gaps between them. At 17 litres per side, it also holds a little more oil than the FE7215, giving a slightly larger buffer against temperature drop during peak service. Twin tanks keep two fried product lines running independently, making this suited to high-turnover kitchens frying serious volume across two separate products.
