Casta TEP1B/080G Gas Teppanyaki Griddle - 1 Heating zone

This TEP1B/080G griddle shares the same single heating zone, hard chromed 15mm thick Fe510 S355JR steel plate and grease channel design as the smaller model in this range, but is built to a larger footprint, reflected in its higher price point. The same central cooking zone with cooler side areas for holding food warm carries over. Like the smaller model, its chrome-finished plate is designed for energy-efficient, easy-to-clean cooking in a show kitchen or front-of-house setting where customers can watch their food being cooked in front of them.
