Giorik Easyair NEMG52 5 rack Gas convection oven with humidity & 2 speed fan

Completing the smallest capacity point in the gas Easyair range, the NEMG52 gives 5 racks of gas-fired convection oven capacity with the same humidity control and 2-speed fan as the rest of the Easyair line. It's the gas counterpart to the electric NEME52, aimed at kitchens that already have a gas supply and prefer to run ovens on it rather than adding to the electrical load. At 5 racks it suits a smaller kitchen or a secondary oven rather than high-volume production. As with the larger gas models in this range, the running-cost saving over electric heat is usually the deciding factor where a gas supply is already installed.
