Chefs Range RBCO6A - 4 x 1/1gn Electric convection oven with Cook & Hold

The RBCO6A takes 4 x 1/1 gastronorm trays and adds a Cook & Hold function, which automatically drops the oven to a lower holding temperature once the programmed cook time finishes rather than leaving food to overcook or dry out while waiting to be served. That matters in a kitchen where food needs to be ready ahead of service but can't be pulled and reheated repeatedly without losing quality. Running on 1/1 GN trays keeps it compatible with the gastronorm pans already used for prep and service elsewhere in the kitchen.
