Slightly larger than the BH5, the BH7 gives 7.5 litres of countertop planetary mixing capacity — enough extra headroom for a marginally bigger batch without moving up to a floor-standing mixer. It's aimed at the same lower-volume kitchens and bakeries as the BH5, where counter space rather than floor space is what's available, and where the batch sizes needed don't justify a heavy duty floor-standing model. The planetary action still applies at this smaller scale, giving a more even mix through the bowl than a simple fixed-position beater.
