Moretti Forni Series PB60E-2. 2 Tray - Twin Deck Electric Bakery oven

The PB60E-2 doubles up the PB60 deck, stacking two 2-tray chambers for a combined 4 trays of independently controlled baking in the same compact footprint as the single-deck PB60E-1. That makes it a practical step for a smaller bakery or in-store bakery that's outgrown a single deck but doesn't need the much larger capacity of the PB120 range. Each deck can be set to its own temperature, so one can run a bread bake while the other handles pastries or finishing work. As with the rest of Moretti's stacked deck ovens, the two chambers operate entirely separately, so one bake finishing early doesn't affect the other still running.
