Unlike the neutral counters elsewhere in Diamond's BC range, the BC15 is a powered bain marie set on a 2-door heating cupboard, holding 4 x 1/1 GN pans for wet or dry hot-holding service. It draws 5200W and runs across a +30°C to +90°C range, wide enough to cover gentle warming through to a full hot-hold, with the heated cupboard beneath keeping plates or backup pans at temperature until needed. At W1500 x D700 x H900mm and 122kg it's built for continuous front-of-house service rather than occasional use, and the 2-door cupboard keeps stock out of sight below the servery line.
