Diamond AC/A10-2385-X Removable Loader With Wheels, For 23 Plates (Ø 300Mm), Oven 10X Gn 1/1 (Space 85 Mm)

The AC/A10-2385-X is a wheeled loader rack sized for Diamond's 10x GN 1/1 oven, holding 23 plates of 300mm diameter at 85mm shelf spacing. At W391 x D653 x H722mm and 16kg, it's a lighter, more compact piece than the carriage-and-loader combinations built for the bigger 20x ovens, sized to suit a smaller kitchen running fewer plates per bake. The wheels let it be loaded well away from the oven and then rolled straight to the door when it's time to bake. Diamond's one-year parts-only warranty applies.
