Diamond 225G Matrice Bronze "Conciglie"

This bronze die from Diamond's 225-series produces Conciglie, a shell-shaped pasta, rather than the ribbon or booklet cuts found in the 21 and 170-series dies covered elsewhere in this range. As with Diamond's other pasta dies, the bronze construction leaves a textured surface on the extruded pasta that holds sauce better than a smoother polymer die would produce. At 1kg, it's a small spare part rather than a standalone machine, and needs a compatible 225-series extruder to fit and use. Diamond's one-year parts-only warranty applies.
